Vacant Staging
I am a creative entrepreneur who obsesses over being different and standing out in the crowd-hello enneagram 4! I have a knack for all things marketing and designing pretty spaces, giving me a fresh perspective in the staging world.

No matter where you are in the home selling process, I have you covered. I offer everything from full vacant staging to smaller styling touches that make your occupied home market-ready. If you don't already have an agent, my white glove listing service comes with my eye, complimentary.
my approach
Staging that doesn't feel stage-y.
It's no secret that staging sells homes faster for more money, but buyers in this market are getting savvy. Most staging plays it safe. Mine doesn't. I spend a significant amount of time searching for pieces that are not just pretty, but are unique and have an editorial polish. Every house gets a custom plan built around its own vibe so it feels like a home buyers can fall in love with, and not a generic house.
